We offer a custom blank panel design and manufacture service. All blank panel products are built and finished using materials of the same high standards as our custom keypanels. A variety of features can be incorporated, including handles, earth studs, hinge fixings, stay-arm brackets, fixing holes, studs and clinch nuts. Designs include: •Custom hinged blank panel secured by quarter-turn fasteners. •Panel strengthened by additional welded plate to reverse. Note hinge studs, stay-arm bracket and earth stud. •Custom hinged blank panel secured by quarter-turn fasteners and single centre lifting handle. •Panel Strengthened by bolted angle brackets on reverse. All metalwork is zinc plated & clear passivated to RoHS compliant standards. |
