We provide a number of Signalling and Telecommunication (S&T) training courses covering our full product range. Each training course can be tailored to individual customer requirements and provides an initial overview of the respective product, followed by comprehensive instruction covering both installation and maintenance. Courses include a buffet lunch, tea or coffee intervals and relevant course manuals. Training is normally provided in-house at our UK headquarters in Wimborne, Dorset. The course fee includes course handbooks as appropriate. Delegates are required to pass an examination to receive an Accreditation Certificate.
Certifiable Courses The following certifiable courses are currently available - CONCEPT 32
Concentrator Course (C32) This course is a one day course which covers system configurations, operation, installation requirements and fault diagnostics of all our standard concentrator product range. DTMF Network
Controller Course (DTMFNC) This course is a one day course and is intended for attendees who have already completed the 'Concept 32 Concentrator Course' (C32) and have a requirement to maintain or gain further knowledge on the remote operation of STS Concentrators using Network Controllers. The course also covers the Network Controller configuration and diagnostic software (WINDIAGS) and use of the PC based Maintenance Terminal and software required to monitor, display and archive status, error and alarm messages. |
